The digital certificate renewal must be made with a valid certificate to guarantee the holder’s identity and that it consents to the renewal of the conditions. The requirements for the certificate’s renewal are:

  • Apply for renewal before your current certificate has expired and within 30 days prior to the expiration date thereof.
  • Within a period of five years since the client was in its chamber of commerce for the issuance of the first certificate.
  • No detail changes in your current certificate.

The certificate will not be renewed if any of these requirements is not met. Although a new Camerfirma digital certificate issuance can always be requested. BE SURE that the certificate is installed on the computer from which the renovation is being performed. Otherwise, proceed with the installation.

  • For SOFTWARE certificates, find the file sent with extension P12 and the email with the installation keys.
  • For DEVICE certificates, install the reader drivers on your computer and proceed to the certificate renewal.
